What is the most calories you've consumed in a single meal? And is a single day?

A little over 7000 once or twice.

I had 8 big king burgers from burger king, then went home and ate 2 whole jars of nutella, mixed with 3 cartons of double thick cream, then I ordered 2 big kebabs.... Not sure could be about 17,000 calories. It was a real turn on eating so much
